Our collection showcases jewellery that often incorporates a blend of up to five unique gemstones. We make every effort to detail each gemstone in the product descriptions. When searching for a specific item, you can easily find it by the primary gemstone that plays a key role in the design.

Our exquisite jewellery is made from natural gemstones. We avoid the use of dyed or diffusion treated gems, as well as synthetic gemstones or lab-grown diamonds.

In the absence of specified accompanying colourless stones in the descriptions, it is presumed that the stones are natural diamonds.

All our jewellery is crafted from high grade 18ct gold. We guarantee that no materials of inferior quality are used, as each item is made with the utmost care and premium 18ct gold.

Personalised jewellery and made by order items are crafted upon request and are not held in inventory. The typical production time is one month, excluding shipping time.

If the item is available, we would be delighted to share extra images and videos with you. Additionally, we can schedule a viewing of the item at one of our London Hatton Garden showrooms prior to your purchase.

Delivery within the UK

We strive to ensure that your products are delivered within the promised timeframe. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays.

Delivery in the UK is through Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL Express services.

After dispatch, you can expect your UK orders to arrive within 1-2 business days.

If you require resizing or modifications, kindly allow an additional 10 business days.

If the item is custom made, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time when you place your order. The standard production duration is one calendar month, and we will dispatch the products as soon as they are ready.

Global Shipping Information

For international purchases, please note that there may be specific customs duties and/or taxes applicable upon delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with any potential customs charges and/or taxes relevant to their country.

The buyer is liable for any customs duties and/or taxes incurred.

In compliance with legal requirements and for insurance reasons, we will declare the exact purchase price of the item on the customs documentation when it departs the UK.

If the buyer declines to pay the necessary customs duties and/or taxes upon delivery and the item is not returned to us safely, a refund will not be processed. Should the item be returned safely, any associated fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

A fee of £25 will be charged at checkout for international shipping using DHL Express.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you find that your purchase does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it within 5 days of receiving it for a complete refund, minus the cost of return shipping.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and ensuring the item is returned safely. It is essential to use a guaranteed special delivery method that includes tracking and insurance. We cannot issue refunds for items that are not returned using this method and subsequently become lost or damaged.

For international returns, please label the package as "UK RETURNED GOODS" and send it via DHL Express fully insured for the value of the returned item(s). This is to prevent any additional customs charges. Any fees arising from incorrect labeling will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Any items that have been custom made, by order, adjusted, or resized cannot be returned to us.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.

Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our Products or the Website.
